Refund Policy – Smart Pen App

This policy explains when and how payments to Smart Pen App are refunded. It is part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. What you buy

Smart Pen App sells point packages and point top-ups, used by the AI tools in the app and on the website. Every tool shows its price in points before it runs. Current prices are on the pricing page.

2. Points returned automatically

An operation's points are held when it starts. If it fails or does not finish, the held points return to your balance automatically, with no request needed.

3. Purchases on the App Store and Google Play

Apple or Google processes these purchases, so their refunds are requested from them, under their policies: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play from your order history or its refund page. When Apple or Google grants a refund, that purchase's points are taken off the balance.

4. Purchases on the website

Purchases on smartpenapp.com are processed by the MyFatoorah payment gateway, and are refunded as follows:

• A full refund within 7 days of purchase, if no point of the package has been used.
• Points already used are not refunded, as the service was delivered with them.
• If you were charged and the points did not reach your account, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded in full after it is checked.

5. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@smartpenapp.com from your account's e-mail with the transaction number and date. We answer within 3 working days, and an accepted refund returns to the same payment method within 5 to 14 working days, depending on the bank.

6. General

• Points are not money: they cannot be moved to another account or exchanged for cash, except as stated here.
• This policy does not limit any right you have under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
